DISCONTINUOUS/BATCH PRE-EXPANDERS

A wide range of models available up to 6 m3 chamber volume - which allow you great expansion precision and total production control. Windows based Program can allow data transfer to your pc or to your net system. Records information and produces reports: you can monitor your production and state your quality. Can be connected by modem Silos management - up to 100 silos.

Gives massive flexibility in production uses, producing low densities without the need of another pre-expander. Recording of 2nd expansion data. Total process control: volumes/weights/cycle times/pressures and temperatures.

SECOND EXPANSION SCREW – C-1000
Allows uninterrupted production of lower densities, without affecting production capacity of existing pre-expanders. Production: 25 m3/h at 8 g/l, but various sizes available.

INDEPENDENT DENSITY CONTROL
A fantastic way to control densities on your existing pre-expanders. Our independent density control fits all makes, sizes and ages of expanders. Can also be connected directly to the silos.
