Compact version of the lamination and coupling line

Alessiohitech is a market leader in the production of high-performance, automated lines for the production of rolls of radiant panels, and has developed a state-of-the-art, premium quality solution, called LSR-C.

A more compact version of the LSR, the LSR-C automated lamination line makes it possible to manufacture radiant panels for underfloor heating and cooling systems, in both Klett and Tacker types, laminating and continuously coupling the EPS panels with the selected film.

Customisation and automation

Given its multiple unit feature, the LSR line can be customised to suit your needs and can produce up to 12 metres per minute in continuous mode under the supervision of one single operator. Final product quality and productivity are guaranteed by a lamination unit with an integrated hot-melt system.
Several levels of automation are also available upon request: from standard machines to complete lines, with all end-of-line boxing and packaging components included.
