Automatic high-performance thermoforming line for thermoformed radiant panels


Alessiohitech is a market leader in the production of high-performance, automated processing lines for thermoforming of radiant panels, and has developed a state-of-the-art, premium quality solution, called LTT Superveloce.

The line makes it possible to achieve super-fast automatic thermoforming and coupling of radiant panels, using a variety of materials such as 100% recycled PS, PE, PET PVC and others, reducing costs and significantly speeding up production times. In fact, the system is capable of producing up to 5 radiant panels a minute (1 finished panel every 12 seconds) with the intervention of just one single operator to manage the entire line.

Features and customisation

The line consists of a number of different units: from automatic boxing systems to integrated pallet pickers and is customisable to meet the customer’s actual production requirements.

It is also equipped with a remote diagnostic system and next generation software (HMI) allows all machine parameters to be managed by means of user-friendly recipe management and graph display.
