Automatic adjustable thickness molds


Alessiohitech’s MoMo series is a line of servo molds designed for a wide range of products made of EPS, EPP and other polymers, which can have variable thicknesses, such as: radiant panels, thermal insulation panels, L-shaped elements for foundations and many others.

Automatic adjustable thickness molds are one of the most interesting products available, such as those used to mold radiant panels and thermal insulation panels (façades), due to the superior levels of performance they provide in terms of super short cycle times and exceptionally low consumptions.

Remote control

The MoMo servo mold boasts an innovative concept, as it provides the possibility to change the settings of the molds remotely, such as thickness, density, compression and material type. These operations are performed via a special software, without the need for physical interventions on the machine, reducing setup times, speeding up production, and cutting costs.
