ZERO is our way of interpreting modern particle foam molding technologies to maximise performance and optimise consumptions.

From electric cars, to thermal insulation in buildings, from recyclable packaging to logistics: there is no industry in the world which doesn’t have to tackle the matter of sustainability and doesn’t put in place measures to reduce energy consumptions and production process costs.

We have engaged in this dynamic, within the particle foam context, by interpreting the number zero as the starting point for a new mold technology called ZERO.

Thanks to this technology, developed in collaboration with the university world, we have developed a state-of-the-art generation of high performance molds that can dramatically reduce cycle times and the relative energy consumptions.

Compared to a mold achieved using traditional technologies, the innovative ZERO technology makes it possible to:

Compatibility and application of our ZERO technology

ZERO technology molds are developed to ensure easy use on traditional shape molding machines.

There is a wide and continuously evolving range of applications where ZERO technology can bring advantages: from molds for automotive EPP sun visors to multi-cavity EPS fish box molds to EPS underfloor heating panels.

There are also no particular molding material restrictions with regard to ZERO mold materials, which can use EPS, EPP, ETPU, new bio-polymers and co-polymers without any problems.
